PAN Czech Republic is dedicated to promoting evidence-based nutrition education for physicians, pharmacists, medical and pharmacy students, other healthcare professionals, as well as the general public. In collaboration with ProVeg Czechia, the organisation co-delivers a certified online course for physicians and pharmacists, which provides practical, evidence-based training on the role of nutrition in the prevention and management of chronic diseases.

PAN Czech Republic is also developing the pilot Pharmacist Patient Program (3P), which aims to empower pharmacists to initiate conversations with patients about the importance of nutrition for health and disease prevention and to provide them with reliable educational resources.

As a healthcare partner in the Healthy Hospital Food Project, led by Rostlinne, PAN Czech Republic supports hospitals in introducing healthier, nutritionally balanced, plant-based meals. The project provides both scientific expertise and practical guidance to help healthcare institutions successfully implement healthy and sustainable menu changes.

Educating future healthcare professionals is another important part of the organisation's work. PAN Czech Republic organises lectures and educational activities for medical and pharmacy students at universities across the Czech Republic. These activities are promoted with the support of local IFMSA chapters, helping to strengthen nutrition education early in students' professional training.

Beyond education, PAN Czech Republic contributes to national policy initiatives that promote healthier and more sustainable food systems, bringing the perspective of healthcare professionals to the development of evidence-based nutrition policies in the Czech Republic.
